How to play
The game plays like Old Maid
Shuffle the cards and deal one card at a time until all of the cards have been dealt. Players match the pairs from their hand and lay the cards face up on the table.
The dealer begins play by drawing a card from the player to the right. If this card makes a pair, the player must lay the pair down. Only one card is drawn for each turn.
The next player does the same, drawing a card from the player on the right who has any cards in their hands, and so on throughout the game. Players without cards in their hands continue to draw cards from the next player to the right who has cards in their hands.
The first player with the POTUS card as the only card left in hand (no swamp cards) is the winner.
